Born into a multicultural family in Paris, I developed a passion for personal growth shaped by diverse perspectives. After graduating from HEC Paris, I spent over 35 years at L'Oréal in executive roles across marketing, communications, and HR, where I helped hundreds of employees, including high-potential and international talents, navigate their growth.
As a certified ICF coach, I combine empathy and mindfulness to guide clients through leadership transitions, skill development, and authentic leadership, empowering them to reach their full potential with confidence.
